Li Lowry, PhD
Director of International Education
Li is an international education professional with over 20 years of experience spanning New Zealand, China, and the U.S. She provides leadership in areas such as international marketing and recruitment, admissions, and international student and scholar services in the higher education setting. Li cultivates sustainable global partnerships that promote student and faculty exchanges, develop and facilitate short-term program agreements, and drive policy development and implementation. Her work is deeply rooted in her passion for supporting the success of international students and scholars. Li received her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ.
Kristin Webster
Assistant Director for the Center for English Language Education (CELE)
Kristin brings over 20 years’ International Education experience to her role as Assistant Director, including admissions, credential evaluation, immigration advising, and teaching English language courses. She currently leads the CELE teaching staff, teaches in the program, and directs the educational side of its short-term programs. Kristin received her Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language from Gonzaga University.
Yasmine Ameioud
International Program Coordinator
Yasmine graduated from ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics. She currently serves as the International Program Coordinator, where her extensive international experience enables her to support and engage with international students in a deeply meaningful way.
Olivia Ragland
International Student Advisor
Olivia has several years of experience in Northwest Admissions. Olivia’s educational background is in Communications, Ministry, and Leadership. She currently serves as the International Student Advisor, serving all current and incoming international students. Olivia loves learning about each student’s story and culture. She strives to help students get the best support on their educational journey at ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ.
CELE Instructors
Our professors are professionals with years of teaching experience and academic degrees. They have teaching backgrounds in many different international contexts. They love teaching because they love students. Professors are available to tutor students after class if they are struggling. Our professors help students participate in active and challenging lessons.
