Admissions Requirements
In order to be admitted to Undergraduate study at ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ the international applicant must:
- Complete program specific requirements: Contact your Graduate Enrollment Counselor.
- Complete the and pay a $30 USD non-refundable application fee.
- Submit a copy of biographical page of passport – This can be a clear photo or a scanned copy.
- Submit an Official Bank Statement with at least one year’s tuition and fees in USD or the equivalent in another currency.
- Submit transcripts.* If you have completed College or University classes, you must also submit your college transcripts. If a student wishes to transfer credit from a previous College to ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ the student must request a course-by-course evaluation by an NU-approved evaluator.
*See Transcripts for more information on submitting your transcripts to ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ. - Demonstrate proof of English proficiency. Proficiency can be demonstrated in the following ways:
- TOEFL internet-based (IBT) score of 90 (100 for Doctoral).
- IELTS score of 7 (7.5 for Doctoral).
- Duolingo English Test score of 115 (125 for Doctoral).
- If you have completed a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree from a U.S. regionally or nationally accredited college / university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
- CELE program completion: If you have competed Level 6 (bridge) of the ESL program at the Center of English Language Education (CELE) at ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ with a grade of 85% or higher and a GPA of 3.0 in NU Bridge Classes.
At the discretion of each program’s leadership, a waiver may occasionally be granted to a student who clearly demonstrates exceptional English language proficiency through other means.
